16,125 SF Tenant up fit renovations to an existing business occupancy suite to become new Elementary school for new story schools located in VA Beach.
A newly built, three-story building with administrative offices, classrooms, modular furniture, and conference rooms underwent an infrastructure buildout by the Nova Electrical IT Division. Over 300 category six plenum data cables, phone, data, and wireless access points had to be installed as part of the project to cover the entire suite. As part of the Telecommunication IT Network Closet construction, Nova Electrical installed all data racks, category 6 data patch panels, vertical and horizontal wire managers, and all copper and fiber backbone cabling from the building’s D-marc site.
