The installation crew faced numerous challenges, not the least of which was adverse weather that threw the schedule for a loop. This is true of any complicated project with a high mission criticality. Nova Electrical created and put into action a recovery schedule as a result. The crew put in extra single and double shift hours to guarantee that the initial milestone dates were met. Due to the tight deadline, it was necessary to plan the layout and installation of feeders and conduits carefully and to work closely with the electrical engineer and the customer to meet everyone’s expectations.
