Nova Electrical finished the challenging project in nine months by collaborating with the general contractor and other trades. The fast-track project included 5,000 square feet of office space, 80,000 square feet of electrical room space, and 115,000 square feet of raised floor data center space. It also had outdoor mechanical equipment. Nova Electrical, working closely with the project engineer, client, and other involved trades, relied on experience and specialized skills to achieve project success without the benefit of 100% finished project drawings. Crews also put in extra time to complete the project on the drastically shortened construction timetable.
