The project involved the installation of unique lighting fixtures for the conference center, locker rooms, fitness facility, five elevator lobbies, and more. Nova Electrical and other contractors that provided drywall and steel structure construction had to collaborate on CAD designs for this challenging project that featured Arktura metal panels and Cooledge lighting. A total of 1,200 fixtures, 1,835 feet of unique linear LED fixtures, 126 pendant fixtures, and 180 downlights were installed by Nova Electrical. Fixture controllers with touch pads and remote programming possibilities were to be installed for the project. Nearly 260 switches, sensors, and relays from Wattstopper were used to implement these controls.
