The 55,000-square-foot area has pre-assembled glass walls, stretched ceiling fabric, and wood ceiling framing panels. The detailed arrangement specifications required by these elaborate ceiling designs made lighting installations exceedingly tricky. The project demanded scrupulous accuracy and had no space for mistakes. Diamond-shaped drywall bulkheads in stretched ceiling fabric may be found in the foyer and other public areas’ ceilings. Recessed and semi-recessed linear fixtures within the diamonds and around the perimeter are used to create eye-catching patterns. Thirty-two different fixtures, totaling more than 3,000 linear feet, were installed as part of the lighting design, including pendants, recessed lights, and LEDs.
