This Project Consists of 4 floors at 50,000 SQ in Washington DC.
Nova Electrical constructed twenty essential electrical rooms throughout the 14-month project to support eight data halls housed in a 284,000-square-foot, two-story structure. To accomplish this, more than 88 miles of EMT conduit for interior electricity and fiber/telecom, as well as more than 35 miles of PVC conduit for site power and telecom, had to be installed. Outdoor MV equipment was powered on just 12 weeks after the structure was constructed, despite weather delays that slowed initial work. To be as helpful as possible in a highly productive multi-trade setting, Nova Electrical worked two 12-hour shifts, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
